INTERNATIONAL HELP
Many people helped Japan during the tragic aftermath of the tsunami from all around the world. Some organizations include American Red Cross, Singapore Red Cross, the US military, national institutions, the United Nations and other international organizations, community groups and non-governmental organizations (NGOs). All of these organizations did something to help make the clean-up much easier for the Japanese residents.

EMERGENCY MEASURES
Some emergency measures include informing the residents of Japan. Apparently, only 58% of the residents that knew about the tsunami moved to further land until it was done. 5% of them, as well as the 49% of the people that ignored all of the government's warnings, were struck by the tsunami wave.
